でもびっくりしてしまうのは、エリアによっては去年よりも3割もリスティング価格が上がったところがあること。以下の8地区が上がり幅が最も大きかったところで、そのうちの二つがカリフォルニア。サンフランシスコでは約15%上昇し、サンタバーバラでは33%上昇。
