Yukari was referred to me through friends and boy, am I glad to
have her on my side! We’re now proud first time home owners
because of her help!
We found a house we really liked one Sunday open house and
wanted to put an offer in next day but we weren’t quite ready as
we weren’t pre-approved or found an agent yet. We contacted
Yukari and she was able to help us right away and started
pulling her strings; she managed to get us pre-approval AND put
an offer in one day!! we almost gave up on this house because
we didn’t think we could make it happen!
She was very knowledgeable and prompt getting back to us
whenever we had questions. She guided us through the whole
process: counter offering, escrow, closing, with respect and we
never felt pressured or doubt about her suggestions or
recommendations. We always felt very comfortable throughout
the whole process.
She also has great connections with other service such as
inspection company, pluming, etc. which helped us moving
forward with fixes on the house smoothly with great vendors and
saved us a lot of time finding the right companies.
It’s been a great pleasure to work with Yukari and we’d definitely
recommend her to anyone.
