Mt. Washington Elementary School hosts star gazing events regularly. People from the Los Angeles Astronomical Society set up telescopes for visitors to view and enjoy great outer space. Sometimes, a Galileo reinactor shows up and explain the secret the universe. Open to everyone.
Next one is on March 11, 2011 Friday 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
“La Estrella” taco truck will be there to serve Hot and Fresh Tacos, Rice and Beans. Have dinner at school from 5 pm till 7 pm. Fundraiser for the 6th grade class.
